Alterations

All our products are custom-made to your personal specifications. If for any reason your garments need alterations or adjustments, we are here to help.

  • If you are able to visit one of our showrooms in Dubai, kindly do so and our team shall assist you.
  • Alternatively, kindly submit your request for alteration/adjustments to info@royalfashion.com
  • Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of your order.
  • We recommend that you take the garment to your local tailor for minor adjustments and we shall reimburse you for up to $25 as store credit. We would require an invoice as well as the list of alterations made so we may update your measurements on file for future orders.
  • You may also choose to send your order back for us to make the adjustments, in this case you are only responsible for one way postage to us.
  • If the alterations required are major and are deemed unalterable, we offer a remake if it is your first order (see Returns, Remakes and Returns Section)
  • Royal Fashion reserves the right to accept or reject claims based on individual cases.

Returns, Remakes and Refunds

  • As part of our perfect fit guarantee, we offer a full remake if your first order doesn’t fit right and is deemed unalterable. You are only responsible for the one-way postage back to us for which the amount shall be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
  • In the case that you receive a garment that is faulty or damaged in anyway, we offer a full refund in the form of store credit or we can remake the garment for you.
  • You are only responsible for one way shipping to us when returning a garment. This amount will be reimbursed in the form of store credit and can be applied to future orders.
  • A refund, remake or return claim must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of your order.
  • Royal Fashion reserves the right to only accept claims if garments are in a new and unworn condition.
  • Royal Fashion reserves the right to deny any requests if garments are believed to be worn and/or damaged after the garment has been received by the customer.
  • Royal Fashion will not accept any request if the garment has been altered or adjusted in any way.
  • If the above conditions are not met, garment will be returned to customer without any reimbursement.

Tolerances

  • As our products are custom made, we entrust the customer in providing accurate body measurements as per our measurement guide videos. It must be noted that measurements of final products will vary as the measurements provided will be body measurements and final garment measurements will depend upon the fit of the garment chosen by you (i.e. slim fit, relaxed fit etc.).
  • Actual colours and patterns of products may vary slightly from images on the website as photographs and different screens distort certain colours and scales of patterns.


Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. A flat fee of $20 USD is applicable to every order.
  • Country Specific duties and taxes to be paid are the responsibility of the customer and Royal Fashion shall not be held liable for payment of these fees.
  • Fabric samples and tape measures are shipped via regular mail services and the amount shall be reimbursed (including shipping charges) in the form of store credit.
  • We aim to dispatch your custom-made order within 2 weeks.


Pricing and Payments

  • All payments are processed through our secure payments gateway.
  • Customer payment/credit card information is not stored by Royal Fashion.
  • We accept the following cards; Visa and MasterCard
  • All transactions are charged in USD.
  • Country Specific duties and taxes to be paid are the responsibility of the customer and Royal Fashion shall not be held liable for payment of these fees.


Limited Liability

  • Our liability to your use of our products and/or website is only limited to the value of products sold to you.
